This notice explains how Our church collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you submit a request (such as prayer, care or an event): your name (optional for prayer requests), your phone number or email, and the details you choose to share.
If you serve or are a member: your name, contact details, ministry involvement, and roster or attendance information.
When you use our online portal: a device identifier so we can understand how the portal is used, and your identity once you select your name.
To respond to and follow up on your requests and to provide pastoral care.
To organise ministries, rosters and services, and to keep our records.
Your information is seen by our staff and ministry leaders. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
We use trusted providers to help us operate, for example to send email. Some may process limited data outside Singapore; where they do, we require a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to your request and for our records, and dispose of it when it is no longer needed.
If your request mentions someone else, please share only what is needed and avoid identifying details about them unless you have their permission.
You can ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact us and we will help.
